Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders placed after 5 PM ET will be processed the following business day.

We ship using USPS or UPS, and orders are not shipped on U.S. holidays.

• U.S. orders: Once processed, delivery usually takes up to 5 business days.
• International orders: Delivery typically takes up to 14 business days.

If your order is delayed, please refer to the tracking details included in your confirmation email. Kindly note that MONDIRAA COSMETICS is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Lost Packages During Transit

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, MONDIRAA COSMETICS LLC is no longer responsible for its delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages lost in transit.
